Aion 2 Kinah Farming Guide

How to make Kinah in Aion 2 on global: bound vs unbound, every source with Korean-measured amounts flagged, daily cap and market tips.

8 min read

You will not make Kinah from one big pull. You make it from a daily route that stacks small, repeatable sources while you push expeditions. This page lists every source, which Kinah is bound and which is unbound on global, and how the market changes the math. Korean-measured amounts are flagged as Korean, the global economy will differ. Overview in Beginner Guide.

Bound vs Unbound Kinah on Global

Kind Where it comes from Can you send it to an alt or sell it?
Bound Kinah Exploration dungeons, some dailies, early story rewards No, stays on that character
Unbound Kinah Conquest dungeons, some weekly and tradeable crafts Yes, mailed or sold with a membership

Global's split is the planning tool. Exploration paying bound and Conquest paying unbound is why farming Conquest on an alt can fund your main. The split is global-specific and not visible the same way in early Korean footage. See Alts Guide for how the mail works.

The membership gate: you need an active membership to sell on the market. Without it you can still earn Kinah, but you cannot convert a good craft or a rare drop into market Kinah.

How to Make Kinah in Aion 2: Every Source Ranked

Source Best for Korean measurement Note
Conquest dungeons Unbound Kinah Conquest Draupnir on an alt at 1600+ combat power: about 600k Kinah plus Unique and Ancient gear for 80 Odyle Energy (Korean measurement) Most repeatable unbound source; see Dungeons
Transcendence Late Kinah + materials Rare Arcana + crafting materials at level 1 on global (Korea started at common) See Transcendence
Field hunting Steady mid Kinah Best spot pays well but has a daily cap One cap covers all field spots for the day
Dailies and supply boards Quick bound + materials Fast per minute, low per source Do the board that asks for what you already stock
Crafting and selling Burst profit early A top tradable proc is predicted to sell for hundreds of millions in global's launch-week price spike (creator prediction, not a measured sale), then cools after the first month Needs market and membership
Alts running Conquest Unbound Kinah scaling Alt at 1600+ farming higher-tier Draupnir profitably (Korean alt note) See Alts

Korean amounts are marked as Korean and are not promises for global. The global economy depends on party size (5 vs 4), no Heroic at launch, and the daily field cap that was not in early Korean builds the same way.

Farming Dungeons for Kinah

steps

  1. Run Conquest dungeons for the unbound Kinah. Krao Cave is the efficient early Conquest loop for the mid-range gear-score bracket where most players sit, because the clear is fast. Draupnir Cave pays even more at Conquest difficulty: a Korean measurement on an alt at 1600+ combat power got about 600,000 Kinah plus Unique and Ancient gear for 80 Odyle Energy, that is the run type to copy on global as your gear score grows.
  2. Kill all three bosses when you farm for Kinah. The full clear pays more base Kinah and better cube odds than a one-boss skip.
  3. Move up dungeon tiers only as your gear score allows. Fire Temple and the other higher-tier dungeons pay more base Kinah than the 1-star entries, but need more gear score to clear well.
  4. Watch the unclaimed-cube cap. Skipping a cube burns one of 10 weekly unclaimed entries and running out blocks any dungeon. Open the cube you came for.

Field hunting zones have their own cap (next section). Dungeons do not share that cap, the two systems are separate.

Field Hunting and the Daily Kinah Cap

A Korean-measured field spot averaged about 659 Kinah per mob (range 350-745), the slowest of the three methods tested there (Transcendence, dungeon, field), but still worth clearing fast until the daily cap hits. On global, do your field cap first while it pays, then stop and go to dungeons and dailies. Staying in the same field after cap is wasted minutes.

Dailies, Weekly Resets and the Shugo Festival

steps

  1. Clear Duty Missions (five a day) and the fast Supply Requests that ask for what you already have. They pay Kinah plus Abyss Points that feed other shops.
  2. Use the two weekly solo dungeons. Bio-Research Base and Odylium Repository refresh weekly and are shared across your account: only one character can run them each week. Pick by need, stones or pet souls, not by what looks new.
  3. Spend Shugo Festival and Invasion keys regularly instead of letting them pile up unused. Festival tokens buy Daevanion crystals from the Shugo Festival shop, which raise your combat power.
  4. Do not chase the old field-painting trick. Early Korean footage shows paintings from older dungeons like Draupnir selling for more because fewer players run them. On global with a shared market and 5-player queues, that arbitrage fades as soon as the first week of Conquest flood hits.

Crafting and Selling for Profit

steps

  1. One profession for profit before you spread thin. Alchemy for Manastones stays profitable even when only a fraction of crafts proc to a higher tier, runs passively overnight, and sells steadily because random stats keep demand high.
  2. Always weigh cost before a batch. Add material cost, market fee and tax, and compare to the sale price before you craft 2,000 units. A Korean batch of that size was seen taking about four hours and splitting between normal and Superior results, the split is the margin.
  3. Sell the proc immediately after the first month. One creator predicts global's launch-week price spike will pay hundreds of millions of Kinah for a top tradable proc, cooling fast as more players reach endgame crafting within the month. Do not hold a good proc waiting for a higher price.
  4. Target the day's supply board. Boards that ask for what you already crafted give a Kinah refund and a shop voucher that compounds.

The Market, Membership and Habits That Save Kinah

Aion 2 Kinah Farming FAQ

FAQ

Is Kinah bound or unbound on global?

Both. Exploration pays bound Kinah. Conquest pays unbound you can mail or sell with a membership.

What is the best Kinah farm on global?

Conquest dungeons for unbound, field hunting to its daily cap, then dailies and crafting. Korean measurements like the 600k from an alt running Conquest Draupnir are flagged as Korean and depend on the global economy.

Why did my field spot stop paying?

You hit the daily field Kinah cap. It resets daily and is shared across field zones. Switch to dungeons and dailies after cap.

Can I make Kinah without a membership?

Yes, but you cannot sell on the market. Membership is the gate to converting a good craft or rare drop into market Kinah.
